Dry Needling
A precise, effective approach to relieving pain and restoring movement.
Dry needling is a highly effective treatment used to reduce pain, release muscle tension, and improve movement. It targets tight, sensitive areas within muscles (known as myofascial trigger points) that can contribute to pain, stiffness, weakness, and restricted mobility.
Using a very thin, sterile needle, Natalie gently treats these trigger points to help release muscle tension, calm the nervous system, and restore more natural movement. Many clients notice an improvement in pain or mobility immediately following treatment, while others experience continued benefits over the following days.
Dry needling can be an effective treatment for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
