Sessions

All new client sessions begin with an in-depth intake form before you arrive to understand your history, concerns, and any other treatments you may have attempted before our work together.

When you arrive for your session, we move through a comprehensive 90-minute evaluation and treatment. This allows Natalie to understand your story, your lifestyle, and the ways they may influence your movement, symptoms, and overall function.

This evaluation treats the body as an interconnected whole, so our assessment includes your joints, muscles, ligaments, biomechanics, nervous system, and functional movement patterns.

Treatments are based on your goals and preferences. They may include any number of advanced soft tissue techniques, joint mobilizations, myofascial and dry needling techniques, and neuromuscular re-education. Elements of breath control, mindfulness, and body awareness are seamlessly incorporated.

Education is key to the work we do together. You’ll leave understanding your physical concerns and with the tools to continue to address them independently. You’ll always be supported, so if you have questions or concerns in your aftercare, Natalie is always one message away.

Follow-Up Sessions

At the end of your initial session, we’ll discuss whether additional sessions may be beneficial and create a plan that aligns with your goals.

The intention is to empower and educate you so you feel confident understanding and supporting your body. Follow-up sessions are available when needed and are always guided by your individual progress and preferences.

Follow-up sessions are 60 minutes.

Dry Needling

For some clients, in an initial consultation and/or follow-up session, dry needling can be a powerful tool for releasing muscle tension, reducing pain, and improving movement. As part of a comprehensive treatment plan, it helps address underlying dysfunction while supporting your body’s natural healing process.
