Flat Fee Pricing
Further Therapeutics is committed to a higher standard of care than the traditional physical therapy model. We charge a flat fee for our services which is far less than the average cost for traditional physical therapy.
Evaluation and initial treatment session (90 minutes) = $175
Follow up treatment session (60 minutes) = $150
What Insurance Do You Take?
We are “Out of Network” for all insurance plans.
What Does That Mean?
We charge a flat fee for service, due at the close of each session. We do not directly bill your insurance company.
Insurance companies dictate to Physical Therapy clinics what they will cover and how much they will pay. Our rates are lower than many traditional multi-location practices, allowing our services to be more accessible to those with no insurance or high-deductible insurance plans. Please feel free to call or write us for a more detailed explanation of how our pricing and payment model makes us more accessible to all patients in need of our services.
What If You Have Insurance?
Prior to your first visit, call your insurance to check for your ‘out of network’ physical therapy benefits. If you have these benefits, you may submit the cost of your treatment sessions for reimbursement. Additionally, many HSA/FSA plans will permit payment for out of network physical therapy. Typically, the cost of your sessions can be applied towards your deductible. Some insurance companies have separate ‘in network’ and ‘out of network’ deductibles.
You will also want to check if your specific diagnosis (back pain, shoulder pain, etc.) is covered by your insurance.
How Do I Get Reimbursed?
If you wish to submit the cost of your visit to your insurance company, we will provide you with a specialized receipt after each visit containing the necessary information you will need to submit for reimbursement. Your insurance company will pay any reimbursement to you directly.
Payment Terms
All payments are due at the time of service.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Cash and Checks.
There will be a $50 fee applied if a visit is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or if a client fails to attend a scheduled appointment.
